Finance and General Services Department

 

 

Duties and responsibilities of the Department of Finance and General Services are:

 

  • Manages and maintains information about human resources of the ministry, assists the management in internal organization, provides administrative and logistic support;
  • Ensures the implementation of procedures for the selection and hiring of qualified personnel, in accordance with the applicable law;
  • Coordinates the preparation, implementation, reporting and evaluation of the budget of the ministry;
  • Coordinates timely repayment of the financial liabilities of the ministry;
  • Manages office affairs- the archive system and internal documents of the ministry;
  • Provides logistical services for the ministry;
  • Head of Department of Finance and General Services shall report to the Secretary General.
  • The Department of Finance and General Services consists of these divisions:

 

-          Division for Human Resources;

-          Division for Budget and Finance; and

-          IT and Logistic Services Division.
