Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination

Duties and responsibilities of the Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination include:

 

 

  • Providing support in coordinating the activities in view of European integration process;
  • Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of European Commission recommendations;
  • Providing support in aligning the Ministry legislation with acquis;
  • Coordinating activities of the Ministry for financial support from the Instrument for Pre- Accession (IPA) and other EU funds;
  • Contributing to the exchange of information in view of the European integration process, pertaining to the scope of the Ministry.
  • Head of Department for European Integration and Policy Coordination shall report to the Secretary General.
  • This Department includes the following divisions:

 

-          Division for European Integration;

-          Division of Policy Coordination.
